I laughed a lot reading it ! It sounds like a jumble of clichés but I feel like there's some truth in what is said about westerners. I cannot tell for the asians (have to ask my friends) but they remind me of arabic people and mediterraneans in general ! Especially  about ponctuality, the elderly, meals, way of life and queuing.  But of course those are group features, it doesn't necesserally applies  on every single individual of the group.
